“Law and Race-Making in Early America” was the eighth lecture of the Diversity and U.S. Legal History Series presented by the Office of the Dean and the Diversity and U.S. Legal History Reading Group. Annette Gordon-Reed, Charles Warren Professor of American Legal History, gave the lecture on October 26, in Wasserstein Hall. The lecture series is a companion to the Diversity and U.S. Legal History Reading Group lead by Professor Mark Tushnet.
