In the first of two arguments in this case before the Supreme Court, ACLJ Chief Counsel Jay Sekulow argued that a 120-year-old anti-discrimination law should not apply to silence the message of pro-life demonstrators. After asking for further arguments in the case, the Supreme Court upheld the rights of pro-life demonstrators.
