The Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA) would ensure pregnant workers are provided the job accommodations they need to keep working while maintaining a healthy pregnancy.
The PWFA is one of a trio of bills, including the PUMP for Nursing Mothers Act and the FAMILY Act, that will help bring an end to pregnancy discrimination.
The FAMILY Act would provide paid leave for millions of families, and the PUMP for Nursing Mothers Act would provide breastfeeding protections for millions more workers.
