Conference | CLC – Gridlock, Partisanship, and the Administrative State

On April 17, 2015, Stanford’s Constitutional Law Center hosted the conference “The Constitution and the Administrative State.”
The first panel on “Gridlock, Partisanship, and the Administrative State” featured University of Michigan Law School’s Kate Andrias, New York University School of Law’s Richard Pildes, and Yale University’s Peter Schuck. The panel was moderated by Stanford Law School professor Daniel Ho.
