Discussion | Beyond the UN Guiding Principles with Justine Nolan

On April 30, 2014, Stanford’s Human Rights Center hosted the discussion “Beyond the UN Guiding Principles: Strategies to Improve Corporate Compliance with Human Rights” with Justine Nolan, Senior Lecturer at the University of New South Wales and Deputy Director of the Australian Human Rights Centre.

Nolan is the co-author of The International Law of Human Rights (OUP, 2011), and teaches on international human rights law, development, globalization, and business and human rights.
