On April 14, 2014, Stanford’s Arthur and Toni Rembe Rock Center for Corporate Governance & Stanford’s Program in Law, Science & Technology hosted the panel discussion “Startup Governance: IP Challenges from Early Stage Until Exit Through Acquisition or IPO.”

The event brought together leading experts on intellectual property strategy to discuss how founders, CEOs and their boards should manage IP issues from early stage formation until exit through acquisition or IPO.

Panelists included Stanford Law School’s Mark Lemley, RPX Corporation’s David Anderson, Orrick’s Neel Chatterjee and was moderated by Stanford Law School’s Evan Epstein.
