On October 14, 2013, the Arthur and Toni Rembe Rock Center for Corporate Governance at Stanford Law School a panel discussion titled “Startup Governance: Getting the Most from Your Board.”
The panel discussed the challenges facing first time entrepreneurs on boards and compared the private board setting with the public board setting and where most of the corporate governance research, jurisprudence and executive education is focused.
