Discussion | The Future of Affirmative Action with Mark Rosenbaum and David Sapp

Stanford’s American Constitution Society (ACS) welcomed attorneys Mark Rosenbaum and David Sapp to campus October 24, 2013, for a post-oral argument discussion of Schuette v. Coalition to Defend Affirmative Action and the consequences of recent Supreme Court affirmative actions decisions.
Rosenbaum and Sapp represented the Cantrell Respondents in the case.
