On March 5, 2015, Stanford’s Rock Center for Corporate Governance, in coordination with the SEC’s San Francisco Regional Office (SFRO), hosted The Silicon Valley Initiative: Emerging Regulatory Issues in Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Capital Formation.

This session addressed common questions raised by entrepreneurs following the 2012 JOBS Act and changes in the landscape for capital raising by small and mid-sized companies.
