A talk by Duncan Kennedy, Carter Professor of General Jurisprudence, Emeritus as part of the Diversity and Social Justice in First Year Classes Series. The series combines classroom teaching with an eight-part public lecture series examining how issues of diversity and social justice can be integrated into the core 1L classes. The series is co-sponsored by the Dean’s office in collaboration with Professor Mark Tushnet’s seminar.
