Center for Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Speaker Series
Faced with a world of bias, injustice, and inequality, how can one individual make a difference? At this event, Dolly Chugh, social psychologist at the NYU Stern School of Business and author of “The Person You Mean to Be: How Good People Fight Bias” (2018), offered research-backed methods to improve inclusive behavior, confront and educate others, and nudge institutions to live up to their values.
Professor Chugh was joined in conversation by David Glasgow, Executive Director of the Center for Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, where they discussed how to be a better ally and advocate for diversity and inclusion-at school, in the workplace, and in the wider world.
