IP Law and the Biosciences | FTC/Actavis

On May 16, 2014, Stanford’s Program in Law, Science & Technology and the Center for Law and the Biosciences hosted Stanford’s IP Law and the Biosciences Conference. The conference brought together leading experts from academia, industry and the judiciary to discuss the latest developments in intellectual property law and the biosciences.
The panel “FTC/Actavis” was moderated by WilmerHale partner James Burling and included Gilead Sciences Lorie Ann Morgan, Stanford Law School’s Phil Malone and Columbia Law School’s C. Scott Hemphill.
