On May 16, 2014, Stanford’s Program in Law, Science & Technology and the Center for Law and the Biosciences hosted Stanford’s IP Law and the Biosciences Conference. The conference brought together leading experts from academia, industry and the judiciary to discuss the latest developments in intellectual property law and the biosciences.
The panel “Indefiniteness and Functional Claiming” was moderated by EFF’s Daniel Nazer and included Cisco’s Dan Lang, US Patent & Trademark Office’s Drew Hirshfeld and Stanford Law School’s Mark Lemley.
