Levin Center | Annual Public Service Awards Dinner 2013

On October 29, 2013, Stanford’s John and Terry Levin Center for Public Service and Public Interest Law hosted its annual public service awards dinner.
This year’s dinner honored Roberta Kaplan, a partner at Paul, Weiss, and Pamela Karlan, Kenneth and Harle Montgomery Professor of Public Interest Law and Co-Director of the Supreme Court Litigation Clinic at Stanford Law School with the National Public Service award for their work on United States v. Windsor.
The Miles L. Rubin Public Interest Award was given to Jennifer Chang Newell, JD ’03, Senior Staff Attorney with the American Civil Liberties Union’s (ACLU) Immigrants’ Rights Project.
