On October 10-12, 2013, Stanford Law School and the Institute on the Politics of Inequality, Race and Ethnicity at Stanford (INSPIRES) hosted the Stanford Symposium on Marriage Equality. The conference featured reflections by activists on recent events in the same-sex marriage debate.
In this video, SLS Professor Pam Karlan moderates a panel on “Reflections on Windsor, Perry and the Constitution.”
The panel includes Yale Law School’s William N. Eskridge, University of St. Thomas Law School’s Thomas Berg, University of Chicago Law School’s Mary Ann Case and New York University School of Law’s Kenji Yoshino.
