On October 14, Professor of Practice Alex Whiting, faculty co-director of the Harvard Law School Criminal Justice Policy Program, moderated a discussion on Nuremberg and prosecuting crimes of aggression with Ambassador Christian Wenaweser, permanent representative of Liechtenstein to the United Nations, and Professor Harold Hongju Koh, Sterling Professor of International Law at Yale Law School. The event, which was sponsored by the Office of the Dean and the Criminal Justice Policy Program, marked the 70th anniversary of the Nuremberg trials.
