Constitutional Law Scholar Sanford Levinson delivered a talk about the Electoral College and political consequences, at Harvard Law School on Oct. 21. His talk, “What Is Truly Exceptional about the United States: Electing the President via the Electoral College and Its Consequences,” was sponsored by Harvard Law School’s Graduate Program. Levinson holds the W. St. John Garwood and W. St. John Garwood, Jr. Centennial Chair in Law at the University of Texas Law School. He teaching at HLS as a Visiting Professor during the Fall 2016 semester.
