SJIL Conference | Transnational Threats

On May 2-3, 2014, Stanford’s Journal of International Law (SJIL) hosted the forum “Governing Intelligence: Transnational Threats and the National Security State” bringing together leading scholars and practitioners to discuss urgent issues at the intersection of intelligence and national security.

The panel on Transnational Threats was moderated by former Deputy Director of National Intelligence for Analysis Thomas Fingar, and featured former CIA Deputy Director for Intelligence John C. Gannon, Chairman of the National Intelligence Council Christopher Kojm and former Under Secretary for Intelligence and Analysis for the Department of Homeland Security Caryn Wagner.
