Property regeneration business U+I Plc has appointed its first legal panel following its merger with Development Securities PlC and Cathedral Group.

Firms chosen from the panel are Gowling WLG, Clyde & Co, Nabarro, Hogan Lovells and Osborne Clarke, which will all advise on UK property projects.

Head of legal at U + I, Stewart Whittle said: “In going through the selection process, we looked for and found partners who shared our vision and our values. This was essential as we are a business very much driven by our values, and have a vision to be a new kind of property regeneration company.”

U + I was involved in a number of large scale projects laster year including the development of former London fire brigade headquarters at Albert Embankment.
